I'm not going to write down the recipe here (unless you really want it). But I am going to post photos of my afternoon project: Pork Dumplings


  1. That actually looks fun. If it isn't too hard or time consuming to do over a Sat. afternoon I'd like to try it. What recipe did you use?

  2. This is what I used-- I would use a fattier pork if I could but my grocery store only had one kind of ground pork.
    It did take a while, maybe 2 hours? So a perfect lazy weekend project.
    I also froze the rest, since it made A LOT. I laid the extras out on a cookie sheet, making sure none of them were touching. I covered them with foil, and let them freeze for a while-- maybe an hour? Then put them in a freezer bag.
